Did you know that the main reason your life is in its current state is mainly because of your thoughts? Our experiences, past, present and future, are driven by what is constantly on our minds.

According to science, thoughts emit frequencies that can be measured as energy. Quantum physics has a basic law that states that energy attracts like energy. This law is called the law of attraction. If our thoughts are energy, and it attracts like energy, then it means that we attract what we are always thinking about.

The power within lies in your thoughts

It is therefore crucial that people take control of their thoughts in order to attract positive outcomes in their lives. Most people make the mistake of concentrating on what they do not want instead of the opposite. The problem is that the mind does not choose good or bad; you will get whatever you are constantly thinking about.

Take it a day at a time

It might be difficult and even exhausting to constantly monitor your thoughts but one only needs to take it one day at a time. Focus on what you want for instance, do not think about debts but rather think about receiving a check in the mail. Do not focus on your failed relationships but focus on a fresh start with a wonderful partner. Stop constantly thinking about your illness but focus on your body getting better and being healed.

Only this kind of controlled thinking can change you to a much better, healthier and happier person.
